This ad is creepy, but really effective. I think that it does a really good job of evoking a sense of panic/fear, which is something that should be present in any parent when their child is around water.I can guarantee a lot of people think it's disgusting; I know my mom would absolutely hate it because it's hard to look at for a lot of parents. But that is the purpose. For a parent, all it takes is a glance and this image will probably come to mind every time their children are swimming, forcing them to pay attention.

This ad seems like it would be really effective among parents. It's a little extreme and probably has shocked more than one concerned mother but it really hammers home the message, and that's what makes it a good ad in my opinion.
